Our secure, convenient credit card portal makes it easy to pay your invoice. Or, if you prefer, you are welcome to submit your credit card in person. For online payments, please allow 24 hours for your payment to clear before scheduling pickup.

CHECKS

When paying for your items via personal, business, or cashier’s check, please make it payable to Ahlers & Ogletree Auction Gallery, Inc. Please note personal and business checks are subject to a holding period for up to seven (7) business days. Once your check clears, we will be happy to release your items, so please consider the holding period when choosing to pay by check.

CASH

For your protection, we accept cash for in-person transactions only and will not accept cash sent by mail. We can also provide wire transfer information upon request with a $15 fee for domestic transactions and a $16 fee for international wire transfers. When conducting a wire transfer to pay for your items, please add the appropriate fee to your invoice balance. We ask that you please provide us advance notice of the incoming wire transfer, including the payment amount, name of sender, invoice number, and bank information so we can appropriately mark an invoice as paid. We are not responsible for appropriating unidentified payments.
