Congratulations on your winning bid. Now it’s time to schedule packing and shipping. Here’s what you need to do.

Shipping Considerations

Pick-Up and Shipping Deadlines

Full payment and removal of purchased items is the sole responsibility of the buyer and is required within ten (10) business days from the completion of the auction. Failure to remove your purchases within the allotted timeframe will result in storage fees in the amount of $10 per lot, per day, starting the day after the deadline. We are excited for you to receive your purchases, so please arrange shipping at your earliest convenience. As always, should you need assistance in any way, we are here to help.

Third-Party Release

In order for Ahlers & Ogletree to release any items to a third party, whether it’s a personal friend or professional shopper, we require written authorization from the buyer. Please fill out the Shipping Release Form and submit it to shipping@AandOAuctions.com before your scheduled pickup time. We will be unable to release items to a third party without receiving this form.

Pick-Up Schedule

Shipping Services

Ahlers & Ogletree offers in-house shipping services only on select Lots. If you are interested in obtaining a quote for our shipping services, please reach us at shipping@AandOauctions.com.
